THE COMPANY:

Monét Movement Productions: The Collective (MMPTC) is a dance company founded in May 2020 currently based in New York and Philadelphia. Through dance and music, The Collective displays works that range in style from contemporary to Afro-Caribbean. All aspects of the artistic voice are embraced by honoring both tradition and innovation within dance. 

MISSION:

Sharing stories that are personal, social, and/or cultural in nature represents the collective and the world around us. These dynamic stories are illustrated through boundless and robust movement. The versatility of the dancers is evident through their strong presence, power, and passion. By developing artistry through innovative choreography, works are able to generate meaningful connections that provide captivating images for the dancers and audience.
